Guests are requested to maintain decorum and respect the peaceful nature environment of the resort.
Management reserves the right to deny entry or accommodation to anyone involved in inappropriate behavior, illegal activities, or property damage.
Resort timings, services, amenities, and pricing may change without prior notice. - Booking Policy
All room bookings are subject to availability.
Advance payment may be required to confirm reservations.
Guests must carry valid government-issued ID proof during check-in.
Check-in and check-out timings will be informed during booking confirmation. - Membership Policy
Exclusive Membership Benefits:
Membership validity: 5 Years
Usage: 4 Visits Per Year
Total stays included: 20 Luxury Stays
Applicable for: 2 Adults & 2 Children
Membership fee: ₹10,000 One-Time Investment
Membership Terms:
Membership is non-transferable unless approved by management.
Membership benefits are subject to prior reservation and availability.
Unused visits in a particular year may not be carried forward unless specified.
Resort management reserves the right to revise membership benefits, policies, or amenities when necessary. - Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation policies may vary depending on room category and seasonal demand.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable period.
Membership fees are non-refundable once activated. - Resort Amenities Usage
Guests and members may access available amenities including:

Beach Volleyball
Box Cricket
Open Badminton
Children Play Area
Open Theatre
Restaurant & Dining Area
The resort management is not responsible for injuries caused due to misuse of facilities or negligence.
- Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for personal belongings and valuables.
Any damage caused to resort property will be chargeable.
Loud music, illegal substances, and activities disturbing other guests are strictly prohibited. - Liability Disclaimer
Cora Natura Farms & Resort shall not be held liable for:
Natural events or weather-related disruptions
Personal injuries due to negligence
Loss or theft of personal belongings
Service interruptions beyond management control
